Some subscribers to Math-Teach might be
interested in a recent post "Fourteen Quotes in
Praise of Ignorance #2" [Hake (2013)]. The
abstract reads:

ABSTRACT: Stimulated by Stuart Firestein's
(2012) "Ignorance: How It Drives Science" at
<http://bit.ly/15NqzM1>, in this post I list
"Fourteen Quotes in Praise of Ignorance." These
quotes are listed in alphabetical order of the
first letter of the author's name: Cicero,
Disraeli, Dyson, Feynman, Firestein (3),
