Sorry, I made a mistake in the recent post of mine below in sci.physics. The mistake I made was that I thought the Magnetic Monopoles prevent the electron of hydrogen from spiraling into the proton to create quantum mechanics. As it turns out, it is purely the negative sign that manifests the brakes of the electron from never spiraling into the proton.
In other words, Lenz's law creates all of Quantum Mechanics of the Bohr Atom. Lenz's law puts a brake upon the Coulomb law so that there is no spiraling. But it depends on the momentum of the electron because we can strike the proton with an electron provided the electron is given a large amount of energy.
What I say there must be true because we have to consider the Strong Nuclear Force as a nuclear electron with a proton inside every neutron and thus that nuclear-electron does not spiral into the proton.
The magnetic monopoles are required to create Quantum Mechanics for they constitute the closed loop wires that electrons travel in to compose a atom structure, but it is not the magnetic monopoles that prevent the spiraling of electron into proton.
So here we begin to see for the first time in the history of physics that the Coulomb law of the Maxwell Equations has a countervailing force of the Lenz's law in Faraday's law and which creates the bulk of Quantum Mechanics.

In the below post earlier this day, I showed how the Maxwell Equations derives both the Schrodinger and the Dirac Equations. But deriving those from the Maxwell Equations is the start of a new adventure in physics, because with this technique of summing or mixing various Maxwell Equations we get an opportunity of proving most of the Quantum Mechanics principles, and thereby showing to us, that Quantum Mechanics is nothing more than a disguise or a mask of the Maxwell Equations.
Now most physicists of today are not really physicists with a good logical mind at all, but are mostly rumdummies for they actually believe a science of physics can be built from a huge number of principles that have no underlying mechanism. Ask your rumdummy physicist how many principles constitutes quantum mechanics? Here is a partial list:
Now that is a list of 8, but the list goes on and on. And the reason modern day physicists are rumdummies is that they think you can have a Physics, by making up ever new, and newer principles whenever you see some mystery in physics experiments.
So we have a mystery here-- we call it the Quantum Mechanical Principle of that Mystery and add it to the list above.
They are rumdummies because they think physics can be a list of principles with no mechanism to explain it.
On the other hand, the Maxwell Equations were discovered because the MECHANISM of what makes electricity and magnetism work needed a MECHANICS, of what is working and how it works.
A physicist that is a real physicist, not your typical rumdummies who infest physics of our times, but real physicists, because they have a head of logic on their shoulders, not a head of a parrot that repeats what others repeat.
A real physicist would have looked at the situation in physics of the rumdummies and seen that all they were doing is making an ever larger list of Principles that had no Mechanism of physics reality, and they would have seen that Physics of 1862 had the Maxwell Equations, the last time in Physics History that had a MECHANISM of how reality works.
The real physicist, not those rumdummies, would have realized that the principles are nothing more than combinations of the Maxwell Equations.
So how do we derive the Bohr Atom from the 4 Maxwell Equations with magnetic monopoles?

We do not need to sum them, but only notice the single negative sign in Faraday law which makes for a Lenz's law and because the magnetic monopoles exist in the Gauss's law of magnetism, there is no physical means of the "Electron Spiraling into the Nucleus". In other words, the magnetic monopoles tethers or dissipates or softens or ameliorates the Coulomb law.
