Hi,
I wondered what people were thinking concerning the rigor and length of the Algebra 1 mid-module assessment. I will be giving mine in a week and a half and I am very concerned that students will not have ample time to complete it. I also worry that students will struggle with it resulting in very low grades. I am curious how other districts will be using the results of the mid-module assessment. Will it be an exam grade in their average? Also, for teachers who are adopting the modules, how are you coming up with grades for your students? Are you grading exit tickets, homework, etc? Thank you so much for any clarification you can provide!
