Publishing Multiple Functions

Hi,
To start, I'm fairly new to matlab so this is likely a very basic question. I have multiple functions each in a separate editor window labeled by the function name. I would like to publish a .pdf document that displays the code written in each of my 6 functions all on a single document. I'm finding that I can publish each separately only if I enter input data for my functions. How do I publish all functions and avoid having to enter input?
Thanks
