I have a question on trying to calculate the probability density with 3 or more random variables.
A function that does something like what "histc" does for 2 random variables, but except it can be done for as many as the user want? and returns the number of count (occurence) for the various combinations of the random variable (i.e. rv1, rv2, rv3.....).
where for example for illustrative purposes each rv has 2 states. and if we use 3 random variables that gives us a total of 2*2*2=8 states; where the function would return the count for each 8 states. Except that there are more than 2 states for each random variable and there are 3 or more random variables.
Is already a built in function to do it? or an easier way to do it?
