Let F be a finite field with p^m elements; p a prime, m a positive
natural number. Consider the vector space with vectors ordered n-tuples
of F's elements, and scalar multiplication and vector addition defined
point-wise. Call it F^n.

For which p, m and n can a cross product be defined in F^n?
