We are a couple of days ahead of you, and plan to essentially skip topic D as well (maybe a bit of recursive functions), reviewing, and then testing module 1. My lower students are doing badly due to the lack of practice, trying to stay on the pace we've been given. There needs to be more practice time (fluency, anyone?).

Many of you are most likely cruising towards the end of Module I. I would like to know what others are considering. Day 40 for me is today. I just started lesson 22 which I plan on spending 1 day. Lesson 23 tomorrow and then on to Lesson 24. Lesson 24 is huge, I plan on spending 3 days minimum. Here is the dilemma, I am over day 40 and considering not doing topic D. Is anyone else considering the same? There is only so much we can fit in with 40 min classes!

I would like to spend a couple days on remediation and give an end of Module I test. I have tested Topics A, and B separately and plan on a separate Topic C test.

I would love to hear from others ......

Thank you !
