The paper has been published and recorded here and takes more than the average Mathematical brain to figure it out.

Precise R value of the correct Value of the Pi ( 3.14159292035)=113

113/22.5=5+1/45
113/22.6= 5
0.1(=)1/45 of 180 (180/45=4)

I have found your math professors etc to be all daft/dumb for me over the years , this is the mathematical value of PI
