Teachers grade in district. As per NYSED reps on Friday a sample of schools will be picked to mail their tests in by Friday of that week and they will be used in standard setting. Scale will be back in time for report cards. Picked schools would know around march if they are on the list to mail in graded tests.

Who is grading the June 3 Algebra CC Regents teachers in individual schools or are all or part of the tests sent back to Albany to be scored? If it's the latter, will we get the scores back in time for report cards, which in our district are due around June 26? In addition, will the scale be determined by Albany in time for final scores to be included in report cards? Our school includes the Regents exam as 20% of the final course grade.
Forgive me if this was discussed in prior posts (searched here and NYSED and came up with nothing).
 Denise
