However, I presume that you have not read the letter of Doctor Nishit Bairagi dated 2nd march, 2013 on the subject.Please also, go through his profile to know that he is ex-professor of IIT, Bombay. Only disqualification is he is an Indian, not Australian or European, may not be up to your choice and standard. Shyamal Das
