THE 8TH INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS EDUCATION AND SOCIETY CONFERENCE

Will be held at Portland State University, Portland, Oregon

Sunday, June 21 to Friday, June 26, 2015

The MES Conference is a forum for discussing the social, political,
cultural, and ethical dimensions of mathematics education.

MES8 is the first to be held in the Americas, previous meetings
having been in Nottingham, UK (1998), Montechoro, Portugal (2000),
Helsingor, Denmark (2002), Gold Coast, Australia (2004), Albufeira,
Portugal (2008), Berlin, Germany (2010), Cape Town, South Africa
(2013). Proceedings of previous conferences can be accessed at
www.MEScommunity.info
