fit a function of two variable.(fourier series)

Hi friends
i wish a happy new year

I m looking a matlab code or a function that fitting
a function of two variable( z=f(x,y) ) using fourier
In the matlab toolobox (cftool) there the fourier fitting
only for the case of one variable function (y=f(x)).
