Version 4.4 of Rubi (Rule-based integrator) is now available for downloading at

http://www.apmaths.uwo.ca/~arich/

Also available for viewing are tables showing how recent versions of Rubi and four other symbolic integrators perform on test-suites of problems written by independent authors. The percent of a perfect score for the various integrators on the 702 problems in the Timofeev test suite are

98.4% Rubi 4.4
92.9% Mathematica 9
86.0% Maple 17
84.2% Derive 6.1
79.8% Maxima 5.28

Having written two of the five integrators tested, I am obviously a partisan in this battle of integrators. So if you think your favorite system has been unfairly graded or I have been too lenient on your nemesis system, please provide the problem number and specific evidence supporting your claim. Also let me know if you find significantly better antiderivatives than the ones shown for the problems in the test-suites.

Aloha,
Albert
