You have several symbols in your post that I see as "?" so I'm not certain what your question is.
What do you mean by "odd B" and "even B"? Do you mean just "B has an odd number of members" and "B has an even number of members" (odd and even cardinality)? You say "by proving that f:O>E is an even and surjective function" but don't specify what f is. Is that the problem, to [b]find[/b] a function f, from O to E that is both injective and surjective? If so, consider this: map each set, P, in O to P\{a} where a is the smallest integer in O.
