Casio calculator legal for regents exam?

I have a student in Alg2/Trig with a Casio fx-9750GII.....

In the description it says "no CAS" but it doesn't look legal to me. Has anyone encountered this one before? I'm inclined to provide a school calculator if people are not sure.
