I want to make sure your questions are clarified concerning the memo that was released about the changes in common core. This year's students who began Algebra still must take the Common Core Algebra exam on June 3rd. Districts can allow students to also take the Integrated Algebra exam in addition to the CC Algebra exam. The old Integrated Algebra exam will also be given in August 2014 and January 2015, which will be the last administration. As long as a student passes one of those two exams with a 65, he/she will have met the requirement for graduation.
