Reminder of this call for chapter proposals. We look forward to your
descriptions of the research that is supporting teacher education in
the digital age.

Handbook of Research on Teacher Education in the Digital Age

Book Edited by Dr. Margaret L. Niess (Oregon State University) and
Dr. Henry Gillow-Wiles (Oregon State University)

Proposal Submission Deadline: February 28, 2014

We invite you to submit a chapter proposal for the Handbook of
Research on Teacher Education in the Digital Age. The goal is to
identify the changes in teacher education that integrate instruction
about the technology with instruction about the content and
pedagogical methods for teaching the content, recognizing that the
knowledge teachers rely on for teaching with technologies is complex,
multifaceted, and situated. We look forward to your ideas!

1. We are looking for a 2-3 page chapter proposal clearly
explaining the mission and concerns of your proposed chapter.

2. We need to see the following for determination of suitability for
the handbook:

a. Clear objective for the chapter
b. Target audience of the chapter
c. An identified topic
d. Clear connection with research support
e. Some indication of the discussion and implications
