3D divergent interpolation

Hi all,

I'm having big troubles to perform interpolation of a 3D volume through diverging ray lines.

I've got a 3D volume which is sparse sampled in one direction (along the central ray lines).
This volume must be resampled to a regular grid. Is there a way to perform this easily? Using interp3 for example?

Many thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
