Why does the eye diagram show two separate diagrams at the same time?

Hi,

I run an example eye diagram of a Simulink example. One eye diagram is correct: there are two complete periods eye diagram showed on one vector scope. The other eye diagram shows two separate (each for one period) diagrams on one vector scope. Please see the link for the image:

I do not find any setting wrong resulting this. Could you tell me what is wrong?
