How does accuracy vary with a small sample size?

Hi there, I am working a an end of year project for high school. One of the problems deals with small samples sizes under n=30. I would like to know how does accuracy or reliability vary as the sample size decreases below 30.

I am trying to "argue" that at some point below 30, it is worthless to even conduct a probability study.
