There is a chart in the geometry progression document.

Those pages come from the "Geometry Question Types and Development" document from the Geometry Toolkit on engageny...here is the direct link:

I am of the "old school" so I will need some training regarding the new definition of trapezoid. I assume that all the states under PARCC are now using this definition. Is this correct?

Can someone tell me if these statements would be correct under the new definition?

Does the new definition mean
1. all parallelograms, rectangles, rhombuses, and squares are trapezoids
2. some trapezoids are parallelograms, rectangles, rhombuses and squares
3. all rectangles and squares are isosceles trapezoids
3. some isosceles trapezoids are rectangles and squares

For the standards would students then have a proof something like
G-C).11 A rhombus is a trapezoid with perpendicular diagonals

We used to have a chart trapezoid on one side and a parallelogram on the other ... is there another chart that includes the isosceles trapezoid?

Is there a place where I can find all of the "important" documents for CC Geometry online? I find the engageNY website difficult to navigate.

Thanks!

Does anyone know where I can find the Geometry standards clarification document? Can someone post a link or copy of the document?
