Mock trial response with me for Zazzle:

Your Honour,

My client, Zazzle, is not and has never
masqueraded as the owner of said trademark,
namely "Pi Partners Incorportaded."

In fact, Zazzle only sells T-shirts where Greek pi
serves a solely [ SOLAMENTE, Spanish ]
artistic mission.

Wherefore, I pray for relief as follows:

I pray that Your Honour dismiss this civil lawsuit
on an expedited fashion for fallacaious
trademark infringement claim on my client, Zazzle.
