Type II error, Power

Suppose for a one-tail right test
H0: N(0,1), Ha: N(a=4,1)

___Type I___________________Type II=left area_
Alpha H0 c.v. _________Z0a
5% ___1.645___1.645-4= -2.355____0.0093
1% ___2.363___2.363-4= -1.637____0.0508
Powers are as high as 99.07% and 99.92%.

For a=2
Za|alpha=5% = -0.355, left= 0.3613, Power=63.87%
Za|alpha=1% =+0.363, left= 0.6417, Power=34.13%

In general H0: N(mu0, sigma), Ha: N(mua, sigma) the Power is high as Z0a= |mu0-mua|/sigma is large and Alpha= 5%.
