> I am trying to use int:= NIntegrate[f(x,p), {x,0,xmax}], where xmax is to be obtained by FindRoot[g(t,p),{t,1}] so that xmax is also a function of the parameter p to be computed for each value of p. I would like to plot int as a function of p for 0<p<5. Separately the commands work fine for any particular value of p,to yield a number for int. But I am having trouble figuring out the sequence of commands that would generate the plot. Any help on the proper syntax and commands would be much appreciated.

Regardless, you would ask mathematica questions on a site
for mathematica, not on a matlab site.
