Conjecture: Half the sums from the squares of the first four or more
primes end in the number 7 or 5.

I say "half" meaning how frequently the sums end in the numbers five or seven is half the times the first four or more primes are summed.

Basically, if we square then add the sums of the squares of the primes then consider all the terms from the fourth prime onward, I conjecture half of those terms (or every other term) will always be a five or a seven.
