recurrence relation

The question I'm having troubles with is asking me to find the
recurrence relation for f_n = det|A_n| where A_n is an n x n matrix
and A_ij = C(i+j,j)

For example A_3 = [ 1 1 1 ]
| 1 2 3 |
[ 1 3 6 ]

or A_4 = [ 1 1 1 1 ]
| 1 2 3 4 |
| 1 3 6 10 |
[ 1 4 10 20 ]
