Participate in the Math Forum Institute this week

This week, July 6-11, the Math Forum is hosting its third Advanced Summer Institute for mathematics educators who are developing high-quality uses of the Internet. There are online participants as well as onsite participants. For more information on who will participate, see:

It's not too late to join in. If you would like to participate actively online, write to Sarah Seastone (sarah@forum.swarthmore.edu) with information about who you are, your interest in the program, any urls of web pages you've made, and the support and contributions you would like to make.
The "content" topics covered this week include: Finding and Integrating Internet Resources Developing Effective Online Units/Materials/Projects Building Online Community
The technical topics include: Using JavaSketchpad on the web Tools for presenting mathematics on the Web: MathView Mathematica Maple MathCAD MathML Using forms in online units
Onsite participants and some online participants are developing web resources and projects covering a range of topics, from connecting students to professionals in the field to online test preparation.
