I am currently using Discovering Geometry, An Inductive Approach by
Michael Serra, in my studies. I am however stumped on a question. On
page 56 the question is:

Which number in the last group are Palis? (The question is also asked
on page 45) The + sign is the box.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+ 121 33 + 1,211 49 + +
+ 737 404 + 17 + 4,014 5,125 +
+ 40,204 11 + 7,373 366 + +
+ + 8,229 133 + 42,124 7,131 +
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Palis not Palis Which are Palis?

The book does not show how to find the answer. This is my only hope.
I would appreciate if someone would respond and help me out. Thank you
