Here is a puzzle that was in the October, 1993, Points and Angles, the
newsletter of the Metropolitan Mathematics Club of Chicago.

Given a circle with center O, and a line t through O. Point P is exterior
to the circle and not on t. Using a straightedge only, construct a line m
through P perpendicular to t.
