A Steiner ellipse can be drawn through any 3 non-linear points in R2 space.
But how does one treat a collection of non-linear points in R3? Consider
that a collection of Steiner ellipses exist at different orientations in R3.
How does one locate the axis of the ellipsoid of minimal volume that encloses
all Steiner ellipses for any 3 points of this point collection?
