Whole, Natural, & Counting Numbers?

Hello Again,
I have one more question about our number system.
It is my understanding that "Natural" numbers and "Counting" numbers are synonymous and mean the same thing.
Are "Whole" numbers synonymous with both "Natural" and "Counting" numbers?
On a Venn diagram, would Whole, Natural, and Counting numbers be like three congruent circles?
Are there any conditions in which a Whole number is NOT a Counting or Natural number?
Thanks again?
Cassie
