[HM] survey in l'enseignement mathematique

In the essay "mathematical discovery" (which I believe dates from the
early 1910s) Poincare mentions a report from a survey conducted by
Laissant & Fehr for L'enseignement mathematique on how mathematicians
think. Could I get the precise reference for that publication (eg.
volume and pp from the journal). Does anybody know if there is an
English translation of such report?
