[HM] Kronecker Quotation

In 1999 Walter Felscher posted a message here saying that the earliest
reference to Kronecker's famous dictum about integers was in
Jahresberichte D.M.V 2 (1893). However, Nowlan, Dictionary of Quotations
in Mathematics, gives a citation for this saying to Dublin Nation, 1 Apr.
1843. I assume this is an error on Nowlan's part, particularly since
Kronecker was only twenty years old in 1843?
