I am doing an Ed.S. project on teacher change and am wanting to know
how many of you have reflected on your teaching and made a list of the
things that you would like to improve upon. If you have done this,
what did you do after that? How did you find information to help you
make the changes? What kept you from making any changes? I would
love to hear your thoughts on this topic.
