Hello,I'm a Japanese elementary school teacher. Our school introduced team teaching to math this year. 3rd grade and 4th grade only. 3rd and 4th amount 8classrooms. Monday Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday Thursday Friday 4th PRACTICE TT. 3rd and 4th have math class 5 times per week. I relate 8 regular teachers. It's very hard. So I think planning is Key of TT . I'm suggesting school policy of TT.
1,TT is the effective method of correspondent to individual difference. <achievement, pace, solving problem> 2,Grouping the teachers promote the make students who experiment joyful to solving, joyful to device, joyful to contributions. 3,Mainly progress to the solving problem for student to grow up thinking, judgment, expressions. Correspondent to problem solving skill, correspondent to student's ability.
Both is very important. Divide math class propse to problem sloving skill, student's ability suitable to math subject. Require, propose both all math subjects. Which is better? I think solving problem is important math. Fundamental scholastic ability is important, too. How about do you think? My English is primtive and any mistakes sorry.
