List vs Digest

...on the issue of how to organize the list.

Why not have the best of both worlds?

The nctm-l-digest@forum.swarthmore.edu allows us to subscribe to the
list or to the digest. The digest is not edited. It is all of the
Email for one day compiled and sent daily in a single file. That way,
if you happen to be gone for a day you have only a single file with all
the messages in it rather than 50 or so individual messages.

Those who want the lively give and take can subscribe to the list.
Others who want less clutter in their Email can subscribe to the digest.
