What kind of finite group has only Normal Subgroup?

Hi,
People have alreadly known all (finite) simple group, which hasn't
Normal group. Now I like to know what kind of finite group HAS ONLY
normal subgroup, especially for the non-abeilan group, I am very
interested whether it can be judged by the character table of the group.

I am very glad if you can write some words for me.
