We have a reporter from SELF magazine who is looking for female
teachers who have taken a year off from teaching to do something
different (but not to start a family) i.e. serve in the Peace Corps, become
a pilot, assist in industry, take a hiking tour across the United State, do
research with someone not in education, etc.

If you have done this, how has this experience helped you when you
returned to the classroom?

If you would be willing to talk to the SELF reporter, please give us your
name, address and a way we can telephone you.

We need responses by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13!!

Thank you.
