To: NCTM-L@FORUM.SWARTHMORE.EDU Subject: Survey I am a graduate student at Cambridge College and a teacher in Massachusetts. I am currently studying the effects teachers have on their students' (7-12 years of age/ second through sixth grade) regarding self-esteem and academic performance. I am looking for teachers who would be willing to take ten minutes of your time to fill out my survey. If you are willing to complete the survey, I would like to assure you that the results of the survey will in no capacity identify the school or the teachers who participated.
