Bill Higginson mentions in his P.S. to a recent posting that the NCTM
Standards for Curriculum and Evaluation publication is now available on the
WWW, at:

http://www.enc.org/cd/NCTM/280dtoc1.html

If this was announced on any lists lately, I missed it. Thank you, Bill,
for pointing this out. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been waiting
for the NCTM documents to appear on the WWW.

The document is at the Eisenhower National Clearninghouse for Mathematics
and Science site:

http://www.enc.org/

which is itself a valuable resource.

If you enter through this home page, you will find the Standards within the
"Digital Dozen" menu.

Let the ENC folks know how valuable this is. Perhaps the other NCTM
Standards documents will be forthcoming.
