I am aware that many teachers on this list have changed their individual classroom practice to reflect more closely the suggestions of the standards. I am wondering if anyone has experience working with an *entire math faculty* to use the standards to guide reform in every classroom in a school. If so, what was the experience like? What did you find you needed to begin and continue? Who suggested such efforts and who was involved? What role did your principal play in this work? What have been the hurdles? The results?
