>So, does a person's intelligence "fixed"?
>Tad Watanabe

When I started grad school I worked every summer as a secretary. Each
summer I watched myself -- through exhaustion and lack of intellectual
challenge -- grow stupider and stupider. When school started in the fall
it would take a while to be able to think clearly about abstract
mathematics again.

Ever since, I've found it impossible to judge people as inherently smart or
stupid.
