Andrei Toom made a comment in one of his posts that he and Karen were the
only people who were interested in the Standards. Far from the truth. Do
not mistake people not responding to every negative post regarding the
Standards as a reflection on the Standards rather than an interest in the
post.

I am very interested in teaching math in a way that makes sense to my
studnets. Learning algorithms they do not understand does not work. The
Standards are a very nice guide.
