Driving directions to ANN meeting

Here are the driving directions to the Municipal Services Building. The Mayor's Commission on Literacy rooms are on the 16th floor:
From the South
> * Take I-95 North
>
> * When you are passing through Philadelphia merge left onto VINE STREET
> EXPWY/I-676 West/US-30 West
>
> * From I-676 West take the exit towards BROAD STREET/CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA
>
> * This exit places you on 15th STREET (South).
>
> * Travel the left hand lane on 15th Street for 2 blocks.
>
> * Turn LEFT onto RACE STREET
>
> * Get into the right hand lane on Race Street and travel one block
>
> * Turn RIGHT onto BROAD STREET/PA-611
>
> * Travel three lights and turn RIGHT and stay on JFK BLVD (do not go
> around City Hall).
>
> * You are in front of the Municipal Services Building
>

> * From the toll booths off the Bridge take the first exit on the right
> marked for I-95 North

> * From I-676 West take the exit towards BROAD STREET/CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA

> * This exit places you on 15th STREET (South).
