Q:Maple - liesymm error message?

Using the Maple v.3 liesymm package I am getting the error
message: Error, (in value) division by zero, with determine.
I ran both setup and mixpar prior to determine.

Does anyone have any Ideas what could be wrong?
Any hints in using liesymm would be appreciated.
