Some financial support may be available for participants. This funding is
very limited, however, and it is unlikely that final decisions regarding its
disbursement will be made before November. There will be a ``poster session''
consisting of 20 minute talks for those who need to give a talk in order to
be funded by their home universities and/or government agencies.
