Speaker Proposal Form (1999)

If you have an interest in being a speaker at the 1999 NCSM Annual Conference in San Francisco, you can either use the form in NCSM's April Journal/Newsletter or complete the following and e-mail it back to NCSM. The submission deadline is June 1, 1998.

Speaker Proposal Form 31st Annual Conference April 19-21, 1999 San Francisco, California "Mathematics Leaders for the Next Millenium" A Bridge to the Future
NCSM is an organization promoting leadership in mathematics education. Please focus your presentation on topics of interest to leaders in mathematics and connected in some way to the theme of the conference (see title above and strands below). Monday extended sessions utilize a workshop-type format with participants seated around tables. Tuesday and Wednesday regular sessions utilize theatre- or lecture-type seating. The conference registration fee will be waived for ONE speaker per session. (Unless you tell NCSM otherwise, the contact/lead speaker listed on this form will receive the free registration.)
