TI has developed a new online Algebra 1 course designed for teach teachers
how to use the TI-83+ in the Algebra classroom. You can more info and try
the demo on the Texas Institute website at
http://www.education.ti.com/t3/onlinecourses/onlinecourses.html .
Institutional offering information is available at
http://education.ti.com/t3/onlinecourses/institutional.html
We have several out of state colleges, but would like to add NYS colleges
and universities - especially since the new CST for perspective math
teachers in 2004 will include the use of graphing calculator technology
throughout the assessment. Please let me know if you are interested.
Thanks!
Melody
