What is the general formulae of a cone in 3D space?

I have 4 different cones.

They intersect at a common point.

What is the formulae of a cone in 3d space. The axis of the cone would
be pointing in a certain direction and the co-ordinates of the apex or
point of the cone is known.

I would solve for the unknowns once I have each equation or formulae.
