Updated Geometry PoW Solutions

All of the Geometry PoWs from this year, excluding the one that is
finishing up right now, have been officially archived. This means
that we've written longer commentary and that our Gold and Silver
lists of names for each problem are included with the posted solution.
The Gold list contains the names of those students who achieved at
least practitioner level in five of the scoring categories and at
least apprentice in reflection for that problem. The Silver category
uses the same criteria as above, except that they only achieved
apprentice in either completeness or clarity. Both groups of students
are to be commended for their hard work - getting on those lists in
the Geometry PoW wasn't easy!
